 Herbal Teas

Do you suffer from hot flashes?  Try this simple herb tea.  Place 1/2 oz of dried sage into a drinking cup, add boiling water.  Steep for about 5 minutes.  Add honey to sweeten if you desire.  Drinking a cup or two of sage tea daily can help to eleviate the recurrance of the hot flashes.

Do you suffer from menstrual cramps?  Place 1/4 oz gingerroot and 1 teaspoon dried chamomile into a drinking cup.  Add boiling water; allow to steep for about 5 minutes.  You can sweeten the tea with a little honey if you so desire.
