Payments
Aromatic Scentsations requires payment prior to shipping out any products. In order to make it easier for our customers we have an account set up with PayPal, so that you can be sure your transactions are handled safely and securely. If a customer prefers to call or fax in an order and prefers to pay with a check rather than a credit card, we can arrange that as well. However, we do insist that the check clears the bank prior to us shipping out any products.
Shipping Policy
We here at Aromatic Scentsations know how important saving money is, and to that end we attempt to ship all of our products using the USPS priority one rate method. If for any reason we are unable to, or a customer specifically requests a different shipping method, we will work out the price of shipping before sending the package.
Returns
We do not have a return policy since our items are soaps and body scrubs, etc and cannot be re-sold if returned. However, if you do have a problem with one of our products please feel free to send us an email at

Privacy policy
Aromatic Scentsations
feels strongly about our customers' privacy. We will not distribute or otherwise make public your email address or other personal information. For each customer, we store the data necessary to fulfill the order. The information we collect is used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, to complete user-initiated transactions, to trace false orders, and to contact consumers for marketing purposes, if they so desire and explicitly give permission.
Persons who supply us with their telephone number(s) or email address may receive a phone call or email from us with information or requests for information regarding orders they have placed online. For your benefit, please provide us with your correct phone number(s) and/or email address.
Under no circumstances will we share personal information regarding any of our visitors (name, e-mail address, phone number, etc.) with any third party unless authorized by you to do so.
